I seriously doubt that middle finger is aimed at Adler and Izzy.

The original cross n' skulls is iconic and since only Axl, Slash and Duff are currently permanent fixtures in GNR, they needed something "dangerous" to replace the other two skulls.

It goes along with all the other promotions that only include the three.  No hidden meaning.

No, kidding. I was shocked that Roger had the balls to bash Axl. Who the fuck does he think he is? Rock n Roll is on fucking life support right now, and GNR are about the last band left in the world propping it up right now. They still make hard rock n roll groovy and sexy and relevant. Without GNR, rock is just stiff, heavy, scary, and angry. There is no groove or swagger or sexiness in rock n roll, which explains why so many kids have abandoned rock n roll for hip hop and pop.
Why would he tear down one of the last pillars holding up rock n roll?? AC/DC is clearly on their way out. We have to stick together in this terrible time. The last thing we need is a legend like Daltry bashing another legend like Axl. These mother fuckers have to support each other.

But I agree . . . . drop The Seeker and bring in some Alice Cooper, Motorhead, or Ozzy. All of these legends have spoken highly of Axl.
