Well, this band is not about perfection, much less Axl. Never was, even in the 90's. So I really don't expect him to be a version of his 30 year old self.
The guy has a broken feet, just had surgery, is probably taking some medicine for the pain, was singing the whole show sitting in a f#@% chair...he was AWSOME and in good spirits! Of course the show kind of loses in dynamics, especially because Axl has such a big presence onstage, but I really think Duff, Slash and Richard stepped up to fill this void, moving around the stage and playing by Axl's side.
I loved it, really loved it! I was the whole time jumping and singing around my living room watching the streamings (by the way, thanks to everyone who made this happen for those of us who couldn't be in Vegas! We all REALLY appreciate!).

What I don't really quite get is the crowd. They were bored or just in awe?

I often don't get crowds. That one doesn't seem too bad to me.
Really weird is being in the first 1-3 rows and having people beside you, that just don't make ONE move..??👀
But I guess people can enjoy a show without dancing and hopping up and down 😉

I was doing the same thing this morning....will revisit my list probably tomorrow (and maybe try to get a similar list together for tonight's show) to try to weed out some of the periscope links with youtube vids.  Unless the rest of the thread denizens find and point stuff out first.
