Anyone bummed it's a stadium tour and not more personal?

I was browsing the first pages of the forum..dates back from 2004...people were discussing whether NU GNR would release CD after Rock in Rio Lisbon and some said the band would reclaim its place as the biggest band etc...Lisbon never happened    Who could have imagined that 12 years later here we are discussing their reunion tour!!

For me I really thought late 2002, 2003 was the year.

Then I was so so so certain that 2006 was the year.

We've come a long way.

After being spoiled for the last few years with the smaller venues, I really don't mind seeing the band in a huge venue again--as long as they sell well. I got to see them back in the day in stadiums and, while you're pretty far away (most likely, unless you pay the big bucks) it's just cool to me to be at a huge outdoor concert with that many people. I've been right at the foot of the stage, and I've been up in the rafters. Each experience is different. I'm just glad I have the opportunity to actually go see them!
