Below is a list of detailed information you?ll need to review in order to make sure your VIP check-in process goes smoothly. Please arrive on time and proceed to the designated check-in area based on the information below.
Please note the following check-in procedures & program details only relate to the following VIP classification:

? EVENT DATE: Friday, April 8th, 2016
? CHECK - IN LOCATION: Check ? in table will be located on the left side of the Toshiba Plaza, adjacent to the T-Mobile Arena box office
? CHECK - IN OPENS: 5:45PM
? CHECK - IN CLOSES: 6:45PM
* If you arrive after check-in closes, please collect your materials from the box office. The preshow party will end at 9:00PM. Please note that all packages and package contents are non-transferable. Failure to arrive on time could result in a total forfeit of all preshow activities. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
? Guests should proceed to the VIP check-in table which is located on the left side of the Toshiba Plaza, adjacent to the T-Mobile Arena box office.
? Please note this VIP check-in location will utilize several large RED FLAGS and check-in signage
? ** Very Important ** - Please make sure you have your tickets BEFORE you arrive at this check-in location. Tickets WILL NOT be distributed at this location under any circumstances. Please make sure you have your tickets with you BEFORE you arrive at this location.
? Guests will ONLY be permitted into the venue AFTER check-in closes - advance entry is NOT permitted.
? The name of the actual package purchaser (i.e. account name) will be the same name utilized at check-in. Name transfers or name substitutions will not be permitted under any circumstances. Proper identification is ALWAYS required at check-in. No materials will be distributed to anyone other than the original purchaser ? no exceptions.

Proper identification is ALWAYS required at check-in. Please note that all packages and package contents are non-transferable. The following forms of identification will be accepted at check-in:
? Valid Driver?s License
? Non-Driver State-Issued Photo ID
? Valid Passport
ITEMS NOT PERMITTED IN VENUE
In addition to the information referenced below, there may be additional restrictions based on local venue policies. Please contact your local venue or visit the venue?s website in advance for a list of additional restrictions that may apply.

? VIP merchandise will be shipped directly to each package purchaser. Merchandise will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please note merchandise will not be shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada under any circumstances. VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry. Delivery of VIP merchandise could occur after event date.
