Are existing members having luck logging in? The site is not accepting my password, and I do not want to reset it, fearing it will not reset in time for tomorrow's pre-sales. I updated my account when the emails went out, last week.

Nightrain don''t even recognize me anymore...nothings working! I don?t mind signing up again. It's better be working when they come to Europe!

I'm having trouble too and didn't get an email. Says my username not recognized. Hope this gets fixed really damn soon. Gotta get me those tickets ASAP

Write to support - they will fix the problem, it's a bug in their system - they verified my email address, but I cannot use my usual nickname now...

I did it when they sent out the e-mails but today I  had to log in again. I tried using my username but it did not work so I used the info they had sent me and it got me in  Smiley

I had the same username issue.  Look for an email with the subject "Nightrain Members Only - New Login Info" from 3/29.  Follow the prompts and your in!

It's NOT your new "display name" to login if you were a previous member!  It's your email and the temp password they sent. Smiley

It's NOT your "display name" to login if you were a previous member!  It's your email and the temp password they sent. Smiley

I ran into this UNTIL I converted my "old" account to new.  Have you done that part, using the email they sent (I'm assuming you were a previous Nightrain member..and didn't buy within the past couple days).

In addition, I've run into it ONE other time (shortly after conversion) and just clicked the link in the email they originally sent...and that sorted it.

It seems to not like the @ sign for some reason, some times.  I have no idea why.  I wonder if certain instances of the login page are running a different script.  It's odd.

If you mean when setting your DISPLAY name (which actually isn't your username)...all lower case, no symbols other than _ (the underline under the minus sign).
