Anyone who buys one of those wrist bands needs there head read. No one is getting in with a tampered one! Ie, one that's been removed!

Anyone selling their ticket is scamming.  G N' R went through extremes to eliminate scalping.  You're not getting in if the wristband looks tampered and you need a matching ticket.  They also checked ID's so the tickets may also be linked to your name.

EDIT:  Just looked at the ad. 100% a scam.  He copied a picture from a fan from MYGNR who posted that pic after he bought his ticket.  DO NOT GIVE THAT GUY ANY MONEY.

Legal or illegal, who cares. But it really is unfair for the fans worldwide. Sometimes it's just not possible to fly out to LA even if you had billions on your account.

I don't know. Been some rough years being a Gn'R fan, more has happened in 4 months than 4 years for sure.
