Friendly advice for anyone in LA.  Load the fuck up on any and all merch you can get your hands on and bring it to Vegas with you if you are going.

You'll make a killing.

I know I, myself would pay an obscene amount for one of the tee's or long sleeve's who's pics were leaked.

Please, for all of us going to Vegas that would kill for one, make money off of us and LOAD UP!!!

I'm sure there's a limit on this. Plus I hate people that try to capitalize on people's love of things.

I love the bracelet thing. if its broken... the person doesn't get in I bet. People would try to cheesily resale these for 100x face value.

Very smart move. 10 bucks a ticket for fans that want to see it. Good stuff.

Man, fuck that.  If people are willing to wait on line and buy shit that I otherwise would have no ability to get my hands on and bring it to Vegas with them I will gladly make it worth their while.

It's just supply and demand.  My supply here in NYC is low, and my demand is great.  I just want one.  The long sleeve tee is ssssssssscik.

Yeah I get ya man. I just hate half assed fans that "like" the band but aren't really crazy for it, they buy like 5-6 shirts, then keep 1 and pop the rest off. I just hate that aspect of things. I mean I'd probably give liek 100 bucks for a shirt, but peopel will probably be asking dumb prices for a shirt ya know? Just silly stuff.

I hope its limited to 1 shirt per fan. They'll sell it out I'm sure. random people will go in there and buy stuff too right?

Live Nation isn't mentioned on the poster for tonight's show though.

But:

1) Tickets are on sale at Tower.
2) Those posters are only up at Tower.
3) They might not be directly sponsoring it, but maybe they loaned "pre-printed" posters, earmarked for the tour, just to "decorate" the place.
4) If you check the tour section, TECHNICALLY they do have tickets up for sale (I mean..if you want to go to Mexico City). And link to an attempt to buy tickets for the current dates up (even if most are sold out).
5) There IS an announcement up at gunsnroses.com, even if you can't buy tickets there, yet

I'd be SHOCKED if they announced the full tour AND put tickets up today. I'd be even MORE shocked if they jumped over the Nightrain presale opporunity.  No...more than shocked.  I'd be flabbergasted.  They know what sells those memberships (that they just put on sale).  Setting a precedent like that would invalidate every bit of that. I honestly give them more credit than that.

I know what it says.  I think they either mean the Tower Records tix sale, the sale for the current shows, or they are just lending place making material that is really earmarked for another purpose, shortly.

On top of that tickets on ticketmaster generally go on sale on Saturdays at 10 AM. There's no chance they put them on sale today late afternoon or evening with no presale for nightrain or ticketmaster pre sale. It's just not gonna happen. There has to be some time for all that to take place. My bet announcement today. Nightrain presale probably Monday. Ticketmaster pre sale Froday, General public sale Saturday.

I've been impressed with the branding and advertising this this time round. I can't wait to see how the stage is all set up when the tour starts. Things are finally coming together and running smoothly for a change.

Yeah hopefully they release it though. Release a high quality performance, with extras... lots of extras, like a 2 disc dvd of blu ray etc.
