They deviated from the setlists from earlier shows on this tour playing Rock 'n' Roll Damnation for the first time live since October 21, 2003.

I'm hoping for Touch Too Much, which they haven't been playing.....

Excuse my language, but Holy Shit! Amazing. Axl sounds absolutely better than I've heard him since the 90's.  He just KILLED Hells Bells!!! Would love Touch Too Much also.

My guess is because he stays in the rasp, whereas with GN'R he hits different pitches.

Plus, I believe him having to sit still helps him.
