What was real interesting was that Axl is open to continue with AC/DC after the US re-scheduled dates.

Maybe we'll even see an AC/DC album with Axl?

If there's an ACDC album before a GNR one ...

We should start a go fund me page to put a hit on Angus Young.

Looking forward to hear and see Axl sing at these shows.

Wouldn't that be a kick in the nuts? I mean, I'll take hearing Axl anyway I can get him, but priority is obviously GNR. We'll just have to see how this all plays out and enjoy what is to come.

I'm hoping enough AC/DC fans refund their tickets so I can get my hands on a few.   peace

Same here.

But, I wonder if people with tickets for the U.S. shows are waiting to see some clips for the Euro shows.

If they decide they can roll with what they are hearing, worse news for we Axl fans.  We are banking on them not being able to roll with it, under any circumstances.

I thought all you guys said that once Slash and Duff come back everything will change? Pictures, interviews, new music, videos....Axl would be "inspired". Looks to me like just another lineup change and another tour for Guns.  Roll Eyes

True.

But...a better line-up and a better tour.  So it's not like it's all bad.

I know we are taking great pains to avoid admitting it out loud, but this tour really does seem its just about the bucks.

I, personally, give no fucks.  If the time on stage is the only time they spend together, so what?  So long as they deliver on that stage, that's all you are owed as a consumer.

Honestly, I always rolled my eyes at the people so terribly concerned with the fact they become friends again.  Some even went as far as to say they cared about that, even if they never performed together again.

How fucking backwards is that?

Don't get me wrong....
1. I think the lineup is great
2. They are kicking ass
3. the fanbase is happier
4. I am good with no press or pictures....adds to the mystique

Just read an article with the interview quotes on Yahoo.

In an astounding turn of events, the comment section is actually glowing.

Gone are the usual "Fuck that guy.  Hope their fans like waiting 3 hours" or "I saw him in <insert year here> and he was terrible.  Save your money"...

...and replaced with "Wow, when did Axl Rose grow up?" and "He sounds great here."

True, I'm sure that's the case with some. But we know there's at least one ticket available, sorry jazjme.  ok

And I'm also pretty sure regardless of how great the upcoming shows might be, there'll still be people unable to accept it and looking for a refund. Maybe not 7000 people, but at least a few. That's where we come in, so they're not playing to half empty arenas.

hahaha yes saw those as well.

Axl really hasn't been a problem for years now and I think at this point and age 54 he gets it that he really is one of the last ROCK GODS alive and young enough to still be really mainstream. tomorrow night ill be sipping cocktails waiting for Videos to pop up!

Sounds like he is very interested in going forward with them, but I think any future plans need to wait until they see how these shows go and the following months. Maybe they or Axl will feel differently then, one way or the other.

I mean GN'R shows. If Axl is busy because he is on tour with GN'R he can't be in two places at the same time
