I wish they would release separate live shows from their sources. That might be cool.

That is amazing!  It is also on Apple Music!  Spotify and Apple music are pretty much all I have used for music for quite some time now, so cool to see Guns N Roses embracing streaming services.   I can't wait to get out of work and listen to these shows.

Thanks, I'm enjoying this on Apple now.
I can't find anything about this being released.   I wonder who released these.  Weren't the both broadcast on TV?  Perhaps there's an unusual ownership that allows someone besides Universal to put this up.

That's great, thanks for the link! I hope this is just the beginning, as there are tons of classic soundboard recordings and pro-shot videos of the Illusions tour that have been sitting in the vaults. All of a sudden Live Era doesn't bother me anymore.  ok

Yes. Both were broadcast live on local TV...

I use Spotify because I have Sonos in my home.  I haven't been able to listen to the bootlegs lately because of this. The transition from Double Talkin Jive to Welcome to the Jungle was really cool in the Rio shows.  Really nice to have these shows to listen to now.

Great shows, all.

That's the better night from RIR II, also.

Tidal has these as well. There's also the full Pasadena show from 1987 on Tidal. Get a HiFi subscription from Tidal and they sound not half bad.

On Apple Music the Rio show appears to be pulled from the TV broadcast. There is commentary in the background fro. Time to time.

I've seen it yesterday! Spotify is great, I haven't downloaded any album from torrent since I subscribed...its amazing the variety of artists and songs the app features.

I'd love to get Hartford 93. I hear that is one of the best Skin n' Bones shows.

Be cool to get a better quality cut from that.

These don't seem any different than the bootlegs I've had for 20 years, to be honest.

Oh really? Hm that sucks.

Oh well. It's still cool they are making them more easily to grab.

True, it is easier to listen to them but why would GN'R upload bootlegs if they've got the concerts in soundboard quality without any comments? Maybe it's the best way to get us ready for the shows to come without having to deal with the record company...

They had some interesting names for some of those bootleg cds back in the day.

"Halloween on the Horizon" (LOVED this. Izzy's backing vocals were high in the mix)
"Goodfellas"
"Stoned in LA"
"For Motherfuckers only'
"Cover of Love"
"December Bullets"
"Make My Day"
"Revolution Calling"
"3rd Gig" (it wasn't their third gig)

Usually around 50 bucks a piece here. I owned a lot of them in the 90s. My local record store loved seeing me walk in the door.

Now you can stream/download all this stuff for free in this era.

I used to have my cds all over the place when I was a teen.  One day my mom saw this one, picked it up, showed it to me, and laughed....
