Please move if posted already, I couldn't find it anywhere---
I was looking for the hghest-grossing tours ever thread but couldn't find it, so I had to dig deep to find this one...
GNR's Not in This Lifetime...
tour has become the second highest-grossing tour EVER with more than $550 million. Who would've thought 3 years ago NITL would become one of the most successful tours in the history of music.
Here's the complete list:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_highest-grossing_concert_tours#Highest-grossing_tours_of_all_timeTo be honest, I never thought the tour was going to last this long. I've always feared something crazy would eventually happen and that was going to be the end of GNR. Period.
But boy I was wrong....I mean, shit, Axl, Duff, Slash together again? Did that
just happened? Seems like yesterday when they were about to play The Troubadour.
This band is weird. I've been disappointed so many times over the past 20 years, but it's all been worth it. I got to see Axl, Duff and Slash shared the stage again
What's next? I don't know, but if they decide to record (and release) an album...that'd be so fucking awesome, it'd definitely make me feel like I'm 16 again.
Anyway, congrats to the band, crew and everybody else who made this tour such a success! And a massive thank you.
