There's always a possibility, unless someone comes out and says they won't.
The summer touring season is only so long. If you tour outside of that season, you don't have that much choice.

Let's see what GN'R does in the future. Nothing announced for next spring or summer yet...

If they're commenting to say that the prices and pre-sale dates aren't confirmed, then it's pretty clear the concert itself is confirmed. Otherwise why just comment about the pre-sale/prices? You'd just deny everything in that case.  Grin
