In Dallas, over the AT&T stadium. Not very visible in the picture, but it's a GN'R banner.

This week may be quite interesting. General onsales will begin. The lead-up to the Troubadour/tour announcement was fun.

I'm curious about interviews of the band, will there be any now after the Troubadour show?

Maybe they will wait until the Vegas shows are done, or maybe even this whole April trek. Hopefully not though, there are so many interesting things I (and I assume others) am eager to know about.

With the general sale for the stadium tour coming up, I'd assume right now that's the focus point in terms of promotion. It'll be interesting to see if they put themselves out there to move tickets, or will wait for a while and see how the initial phase of the sales goes.

I believe these things will happen. Maybe this week, or after the April shows.

I'm looking forward to the opening act announcements. So far, Alice In Chains and The Cult are excellent selections. Jane's Addiction in San Diego would be great...I believe they don't do opening act slots.

I saw Jane's open for nine inch nails in the Uk a couple of years ago.

They opened in the UK?

I saw the Nine Inch Nails/Janes Addiction co-headline U.S. Tour in 2009. Jane's closed the event.

Thanks to IncitingChaos at mygnr for finding this.

Official promo for the San Francisco show at AT&T Park.

I'm guessing it's the same one for all the shows.

Here in NY they have been advertising during almost every round of commercials on our sports radio station. They are giving away tickets too.

Seems to be a mix-up. That's the exact dates and venues that GN'R played in 2010.
