Anybody wondering about the location of the venue, I believe it's at https://www.google.com/maps/@36.1021954,-115.178538,18z

So next to New York New York.

But in a thread about a show isn't it a reasonable point that a few posters are making? if another gig got announced and prices were the same, I'm sure nobody would be saying it, as we'd expect it.  Some of us are just a little surprised (especially as the 7 previous times I've seen GNR tickets have been very affordable).

But it's not the same tour or the same venue as in the past....

Yep, which is why I think we're surprised. But there we go- it is what it is. There's no point falling out about things. I think I'm just sad, as I had plans to attend some of these shows, but it's looking like I might miss out now.

The $79 tickets will be available this Saturday. I don't think you could have hoped for cheaper tickets than that.

Anyone have any idea what the seating chart looks like. I think i've seen 3 different variations of it, all completely different.

When buying tix they had a seating chart with a stage, and a ramp going down the middle of the GA section. Sorry no image.

Wonder if that end of the run way where the circle is will be big enough to do part of the show there. Like a second stage.

Yeah this is an arena built for a potential NHL expansion team in Vegas. So it's gonna have a good number of seats.

I'm super happy that I scored a Silver VIP ticket for the 8th. Hopefully they won't sell out so quickly so I can score one for the 9th also when I have the money soon.

I've been to Vegas a few times. If the tickets sell like a Mayweather fight my guess is ticket scalpers will buy most of the seats before you can blink. I'm pretty grateful for the presale opportunity. Good luck to those who decide to wait til Saturday.

If its anything like the ac/dc concert at the MGM superbowl weekend, tickets will see out in mins....
