I just read the news.  Another major player in the music industry gone.  By coincidence, I watched the movie Labyrinth with my son only a few hours ago.  David Bowie was the main star and did a great job with acting as well.  RIP David Bowie.    no

Shocked when I heard the news, no idea he was that ill.

Rest in peace, David Bowie.

Woke up this morning to the news and....absolutely wrecked.

Bowie was a big piece of the soundtrack of my youth, and Labyrinth is one of my favorite movies, ever.

Ughhhh....First Lemmy, then Bowie.  So sad.

RIP Ziggy Stardust

RIP David. I am one of the luckiest girls in the whole world to have seen his off Broadway masterpiece LAZARUS. Was truly a once in a lifetime experience. So happy I was able to share the experience with a friend. Going to be a very emotional last week for Michael C Hall and the cast. Cry

This performance of LAZARUS by Michael C Hall on the Stephen Colbert show is even more haunting now..

Never got into him. He seems good though.

RIP.

I wonder is Slash will comment on it publicly... I think Bowie and his mother dated right?

The two last songs on Blackstar are crushing me.  Dollar Days and I Can't Give Everything Away. He is basically dealing with dying and saying goodbye.

Its a sad but brilliant (in the shiny way) record.
