I wonder if GNR might play the "Coachella in NYC" this summer. The organizers announced Panorama Music Festival for late July, just wondering if maybe they are signed up for that as well. would be awesome but I think i'd rather see them at MetLife

That article is probably whoever wrote its own speculation and reason for a reunion. No actual interviews done with any of the GNR members if there was an interview with axl, slash or even duff it probably would have been front page news unless Rolling Stone is aiming for it.

Eddie Trunk mentioned something in one of his latest shows that he made contact with Slash's manager to air the possibility of an interview. In respons the manager said they (GNR) aren't doing any press now.

Alternative Nation is reporting that Guns will get 7 million dollars for each show at Coachella. I don't know, but it's hard to believe. Were the tickets for this year more expensive than usual? I mean, they sell out every year so it's not like GNR will increase the revenue.

Maybe their revenue comes also with the online streaming? But like people said in another thread, Alternative Nation is not really reliable.

Anybody starting to get the impression that we won't get to hear from the big three until the first night of Coachella?

Part of the fun with this... would be hearing about how it all came about... thoughts on what it means to them to be able to do this after all these years etc etc

I hope we get some snippets soon. Could be they are just waiting for EVERY detail to be in writing first.

It isn't reliable at all. They read forum posts,reword them, and give it a flashy headline. Its not a news site whatsoever. Its articles are just a compilation of forum posts. You want news from Alternative Nation? You don't need to go there.  Just read a few threads. There's your "news".

I loved their old site grunge report back in 2009-10. I don't even bother clicking AN links anymore because I know I've already read what is in them even if the headline says something like "Breaking News" or "Exclusive".

How cool would it be if this time around NWA actually gets to be the opener for GNR on a big tour.

Ended up buying Vegas tix since I'll already be in town that week. Now selling my Coachella passes for the 2nd weekend 4/22 to 4/24. I have an ebay listing for them for 449.95 each to cover fees, or will sell for face outside of ebay. Would be nice to have a GNR fan get them who was shutout. Message me if interested.

Do you guys know how these Coachella tickets work?  Both my nieces will be at Coachella and have their tickets. Not sure they are going to watch GNR.  I'm 2 hours away and could only go for the night getting there around 7-8.  Would then have to come back right after the show.  If my nieces dont use their tickets Saturday night, could I use them?  I doubt it...
