Heres to Hoping it gets live streamed somewhere or as i mentioned previously make it a pay per view event.  ok

I've heard they live streamed some acts over the years...

One would think they could make a lot of cash if they charged whatever to view it in online.

Looking at the board it seems not many people that use the forum are actually going to this! Wonder what the crowd will be like?

Or maybe even more if they stream it on YouTube with ads. Wink

We are all going to be glued to our computers that night anyway, praying for whatever update we can get.

Why not make some money off our interest?

What is the crowd exactly?  Looking at the artist list on the bill... I'm completely lost.  Some look like they're just DJs.

Yeah, the acts seem quite diverse.

Had a hard time figuring out who other than GNR I would be at all interested in.

I live for Death Grips, but they aren't play the same day as GNR.  If they were, I actually would have considered attending Coachella.  They are some ANGRY mofos.  Here is a recent music video they made over the summer:

with you all on this. Really no one else in my wheel-house I like haha but I am going with a group of 10 people. Most of them like the Calvin Harris's and DJs performing. I am just going to have a blast in California for 4 days and cherish Saturday nights GNR performance

In fairness, I am old as dirt, so I am not current with this stuff.  I'm just curious what the crowd predominantly is.  Lollapalooza was mainly an indie rock crowd, at least in the beginning, but what is Coachella?  This young generation scares and confuses me.

It would be a no brainer for me from a GNR stand point just would be a question of coachella allowing it and how you split the money made from it but no doubt i think it would make lots of money. I would pay what they were charging for the pacqiou vs mayweather fight for this event and i know id get my moneys worth lol unlike the fight did.

As far as I know, they didn't sell day passes.

Yeah I'd pay 10-15 dollars to watch it on tv...

Just can't afford to fly to Cali for a concert.
