he could do a movie soundtrack. with a fake name to avoid pressure. that's what I'd do.
Maybe he has.
Who knows...

I think that he should continoue with GN'R and the next gnr album.
I think that there is enough solo material from other band members.
And to be honest it's just a way for some "fans" to disband the current line up
With all due respect... the current band already disbanded all by themselves.
Lets' wait and see what happens in 2016. two new guitarists and the line up is complete again.
And who's playing bass?

Tommy (and Chris as additional bassist)

So you think the last time we heard from Tommy talking about GNR, those were the comments of a man expecting to be back, as you see it?

GN'R is on hiatus right now so he comes back when the band is on back on the road.

You may want to check out Tommy's last interview...I'm not sure he sees it that way.

Did you even read his last interview? Because he doesn't say that at all.
Now, you want to tell us that despite the direct quotes that can be attributed to him, you are still willing to count on a miracle...fine. But you should admit that's really all you got.

In his defense, there's only been two bass players in the history of the band once they got signed. Two choices, and he picked one.
Maybe it's his preference, maybe it's a wish.
It's not like he's spent the last 20 odd years hoping for things to start going according to his wishes one day...

Oh, has someone done that? Yeah, that's pretty unrealistic.
Me, personally, I've spent 20 years watching and commenting on one pretty shoddily run operation. The miracle I am counting on, I suppose, is that it someday shapes up.

Honestly, in all seriousness wasn't Chinese Democracy kinda like a solo album?
I know it wasn't technically... but you've all seen the credits right?
It's unreal. LoL.
It was more like a collaboration with Axl's word the law. That is the way I kind of always viewed it.
Aside from Stinson... there was like 4 different guitar players, 3 drummers in the process at least and 2 keyboardists.
I guess I have always subconsciously viewed it as a Axl side project in some ways. mostly because of the revolving members and great delays.
