I'm listening to "Civil War" after reading more updates on the attacks in Paris. The boys really did this song well. Axl's lyrics are spot on. It might be the only political song by GNR, but it goes with the times.

One of the best songs ever written in my opinion,  right up there with Imagine, the lyrics  were way ahead of the time and even today alot of people won't get, absolutely brilliant song.

As I don't understand anything about music it's hard to say why this hit me so hard. It just did.
