Number of shows
«
on:
November 13, 2015, 08:15:56 PM »
Does anyone have the number of shows the new lineup has played? From that first show new years in 2001 to the last Vegas show June 2014. And any idea number of shows the old band played from the first appetite formation show in 1985 to the last show in 1993?

No wonder Axls wealth is listed a between 150-200 million
I am sure a lot of that has come from the past 14 years of touring

Oh ya cause he's getting the vast majority of the money from touring and CD. I'm sure he also got a huge chunk from the Illusion tour and albums.

Oh he got a huge chunk during the 80s and 90s
He was also a equal partner during this time period with at times up to 5 member, he has been the lone boss since 1995
If you compare the net wealth of all the other former members and his, there is a huge difference. And since most everything was a equal partnership until 1995, it would suggest that Axls biggest chunk of money has come since then.

I honestly think the one popular one is very accurate
They have crap on everyone!!! haha, I am surprised I am not on there some how, that's how in depth it is.
Sure there is a fudge factor.
But if you have Axl at 150 million
Then slash at 40 million
that is one huge gap.....
I am not sure how the break down of gate revenue was for the 300 plus concerts guns has done since 2001... I am sure it would vary from line up to line up and from concert to concert
One thing I would bet on though, is Axl hasn't been splitting the gates evenly between him and all current members As was the case back in the day. And he shouldn't either... But, those concert paydays sure add up quick

If my calculations are correct, 231 shows between December 2009 and July 2014 including surprise shows.

I don't think it was equal share for illusions. Check out what he said back in 1989. Talks about it at 4:15

Leads me to believe was just going to be equal for Appetite.

The tours were split 3 ways durring the illusions. Equally
The illusion album royaloties were split accordingly to who wrote what. Bob Dylan made a killing

3 ways between Axl,Duff and Slash? So when Dizzy,Matt and Gilby came aboard I assume then that they were basically employees and got a set amount per show or something like that?
