yeah, touring at least late 2016-early 2017.  I doubt GNR would launch a tour in early-mid 2016.  Way too much to set up logistically for that.

I was focused on the part I bolded below.  It says 'tour' there pretty clearly.  This event is only for the NY show on the tour.

No, gnr may setup a tour during that time, it's obviously not going to be a reunion, but we still get a guns n roses tour. (Maybe)

She's not a very reliable source of info. Which isn't to say it is or isnt hapoenng. But she isn't someone youd think would know.

The dates are placeholders. They say dates will be confirmed "after jan 1, 2016", and basically say they could happen between 1/2/16 and 12/31/17.  Thats a big window....and might not have any effect on gnr plans.
