Hey! I just saw that the GN'R channel in Spotify added the Ritz concert from 1988 remastered! It sounds awesome! Maybe GN'R will add the Tokyo concert or the appetite for democracy from Vegas I hope so.. It will be cool, if it was your idea Fenando.. Thank you! Keep adding more concerts  Grin

It even has a nice cover

I Can Finally Say I Saw Guns N' Roses Without Any Caveats, Qualifiers, Or Preambles.  And It Was GLORIOUS.  Best Concert Of My Life.

I thought every channel from an artist in Spotify was an official channel since they make money every time  you listen to the songs.

I don't think the artists do a whole lot with that. It's more the record companies and so on.

But I could be wrong...
In this case I doubt it's the band. Why would they misspell the band name, to begin with...

And why isn't that album listed with Geffen or Universal?

Kind of cliche to rave about this concert, but it really is a solid show.

The KOHD from this one that wound up being that video, that shit played on the hour back in 1989 on MTV.  Its the one I put on playlists, because I got so used to it.

The show is a great depiction of who they were in that first breakout year.  I have other bootlegs of bands that were their contemporaries from around this time, and they don't stand up to this show.

It's showing on Apple music now. I was just wondering what everyone thinks about this because as far as I know, Apple music doesn't have any bootlegs. Anyone have any insight on this one?

It says the album is currently only available on the UK version of Apple Music. I guess we'll be seeing something on this here in the states on apple in a day or two....hopefully. Here it is:

It would still have to be approved by the band, record label, etc, even if MTV or anyone else has the copyright? Not like this is some show no one has ever heard or anything obviously. I'm just excited at the prospect of the band signing off to have this released. Just seems like the start of good things.

Are you in the U.S. ? My phone keeps telling my "This item is no longer available in Apple Music in your country or territory". How does it sound by the way? Any better than what we've heard recently?

No I'm in the UK. Sounds ok. I've obviously watched the gig many times but exclusively listening to it on headphones makes you realise it's pretty rough. Was pleased to return to appetite for democracy.
