In a new interview when asked if he has any songs yet for his new album to be released next year.

Sebastian Bach MTRBWY Australian interview 2015

Sep 18, 2015

There are two songs I have heard that I want to sing. One was written by DJ Ashba. He played it for me back in 2010 when we were on tour with Guns N' Roses. He goes, listen to this, I'll never forget it, he put it on my head. He wrote it for Axl, to be in Guns.  It's the most bad ass fucking riff. One of the coolest songs I've ever heard. I haven't heard it since then, but I never forgot how much I loved it.

And he's not in Guns N' Roses anymore...but I don't know if I can even have that...DJ I've got to call you.

if it's GNR property we can imagine they'll find a way with Axl...

it would be interesting to see what kind of material was rejected

Great, I don't like SIXX AM, I don't like DJ, I don't like Skid Row, and I don't like Sebastian Bach. Awesome.....keep Gnr as far away as possible! ok

Yeah, especially when he says this "It's the most bad ass fucking riff. One of the coolest songs I've ever heard."

Very true.  He's an excitable guy, and good luck to him.

The headline is misleading I don't see where he plans to record a song. It suggests that he wants to.

I agree, misleading headline- very clickbait worthy.

Baz just has a huge enthusiasm for life and rock music. Really wish I could have seen him perform on Broadway.

He really gave it 110% when he opened for GNR back in 2006.  Played for over an hour if I remember.  I loved it and the My Michele with Axl works great too.

DJ ASHBA's resignation was polite and positive, and diplomatic.

But I can't help but think it had to come with a few letdowns, he wanted to write Guns N Roses music. And I was excited for that, and it seemed he was excited for that too.
I wonder what happened between that excitement ha had and now.

I disagree. I think his departure was contrived and self serving.

Not to get too off topic, but I did see him on Broadway in Jeckyll and Hyde.  It was awesome!
