My question is why Tommy lie when he said "we all left in Vegas" ? 

Because nobody knows whats going on and talk out of their asses.
Usually in a band people know whats going on and make decisions together instead of being told what to do

It completely depends on what your interpretation of 'We all left in Vegas' means... I tend to think it means different things for different members depending on where they are in their personal lives and what priority they assign to other projects based. Which is what Tommy hints at a bit without getting specific and making a statement like DJ.

It's not really incompatible with what Tommy said - say, for instance, that everyone finished their contracts after the Las Vegas shows, and some members (Richard and Frank, for example) have been offered new contracts, or filled in on what's happening next, and others (Tommy) have not.
