Odd how it got quiet around here when democrats started to get busted for sexual misconduct.
You mean you don't want to talk about how Trump now thinks the Access Hollywood tape is fake, him re-tweeting 3 universally condemned anti-Muslim videos, or how Flynn has now plead guilty?
Flynn thing just came down today so give me a break.
As far as Trump retweeting anti - Muslim videos and saying the access hollywood tape is fabricated, those are dumbass moves.

Maybe they ought to have one big ethics investigation and have Franken, Conyers, Moore ( if elected) and Joe Barton all in one room for it. How many others have committed sexual misconduct and haven't been outed yet in Congress? Yet another reason for term limits.
term limits need to happen period imo.

Even if Trump urinated on female Russian agents in Moscow while colluding with Vladimir Putin himself during the election , nothing would happen before Christmas.

The deal that Flynn received shows someone else or multiple people will most certainly get prosecuted. But in the meantime, you may want to keep it in your pants till we find out more which will be soon.

It's been reported that it was Kushner who gave Flynn the orders. Are you starting to come around to the side of reality yet?

This is the first actual evidence of a connection. Up till now it's all been speculation and wishful thinking on the anti-Trump mob.
We don't know yet what laws were broken and by whom, but we will find out.

Today Trump goes on twitter an basically admits obstruction by saying he fired Flynn for lying to the FBI which means Trump asking Comey to let this thing with Flynn go is obstruction. Merry Christmas everyone!. Now the only thing left is can Mueller prove collusion and treason to put Trump away for life?

Isn't it also illegal to contact foreign officials about something the previous administration did prior to the new presidents swearing in? In this case Flynn contacting Russia about removing sanctions for interfering in the election the very day Obama put them in place.

I know you and a few others here are cheering for Trump's demise, but I wouldn't break out the champagne just yet.
Was it illegal for Flynn, a National Security Advisor for a President -Elect to contact an ambassador of a foreign government? We don't know yet what was in that conversation but it will have to come out in the investigation so we will find out at some point. .

,
I am fairly certain that it is illegal to meddle in something the current president did before you are sworn in but i can't find anything definitive regarding that. However, if Flynn tells Mueller in his testimony that Trump knew Flynn was lying when he asked Comey to let this thing with Flynn go cause he's a good man then that is obstruction No if and's or but's about it. There's your first truly impeachable evidence.

I don't think a law has to be broken for a President to be brought up on impeachment. If you get a compelling and reasonable argument for it and the votes are there it can happen.

I hope they get Kushner. his involvement in everything makes me sick. Trump will pardon him, but at least he would not have any responsibilities or involvement going forward.
there's nothing on trump. if there was, he would have addressed this months ago.
this all relates to "process crimes" which they claim occurred while investigating a crime (Russian collusion) that never happened.
so don't get your hopes up. he is our president, and that's not changing anytime soon. republican controlled congress could move towards an impeachment, but that is not happening anytime soon (even though the GOP establishment would love to do so).

But there is something there at the very least obstruction based on Trump's tweet about why he fired Flynn. Even if Trump's attorney did write that one i am sure Trump signed off on it. If he didn't and his lawyer went rogue and acted alone he may be the dumbest lawyer ever cause the way he worded it implicates Trump for obstruction.
As for Kushner he is going down. If Trump doesn't pardon him he will likely spend the rest of his life in cell. I honestly can see a scenario where Trump saves his own ass and lets his family rot. He seems like that kinda scumbag.

Yep you're correct. I checked into grounds for impeachment and it is very broad and open to interpretation and i can see why our founders wanted it that way.
