PROUD OF HOW CLASSY @DjASHBA IS ON HIS EXIT FROM GnR AND FULLTIME COMMITMENT TO @sixxam.
Really? I find DJ's letter to be insincere and self serving.
Oh jeez...
The second people move on to different things... people jump on them.
No it's the very public letter I have a problem with.

DJ is a PUBLIC figure. He was informing his fans about his future.
Plus, he was nothing but appreciative and thankful for his time with Axl.

Ron just tweeted -
Wishing 'em all the best in the next chapter...
Six years of amazing unforgettable experiences to cherish
#GNR
Not sure what that means...Is that his goodbye tweet?

We can agree to disagree. Just didn't seem sincere to me.

This is lousy, got that pit in my syomach one gets after hearing bad news..Really loved this lineup live and was anticipating an official album...Now the Reunioun Rumors truly begin.....If there is a reunion we the ones that have been behind Axl/GN'R all these years will be fighting the bandwagon fans for tickets....I went through this with KISS back in the early 90's and although the huge crowds were exciting it was frustrating listening to people rationalizing why they gave up on the band years ago.. Wish there was some way our loyalty could be rewarded or at least taken into consideration...

Really don't think that reunion is ever gonna happen, and don't really care.
I just hope that Axl releases those two other records that he has ready, and maybe bring back buckethead

If Bumbefoot is out is there a possibility of a touring lineup of Richard Fortus, Robin Fink and B-head? Maybe Paul Huge/Tobias would return...Or Axl could give up on the arenas and Izzy would be willing to rejoin for a club setting or residency...

On the plus side, they'd be playing much larger places with that many more tickets up for grabs.

DJ likes attention there's people who do & don't. I don't personally agree with his decision... nor am I a fan of Nikki Sixx. I respect his decision and will support him & Sixx AM.

After all the hype "I've been working on material", "Axl's played me stuff that will blow your mind" etc etc I just find it sad that this guys tenure in GN'R actually amounted to nothing more than being a touring guitar for hire.
Note: they are not direct quotes.

With regards to Robin.. Love his playing on CD but my god those solo slots of his were painful.
I've never really wanted a reunion. But I do have a strong feeling it may happen and perhaps band members know this which is why they are moving on.

Which several of us said repeatedly, and were always shouted down.
7 years. Not one speck of output.

Anyone else notice the band doesn't get a mention in his letter.

He's linking to Dj's goodbye letter.
"Wishing 'em all the best in the next chapter..."
as in "Dj is wishing 'em all the best...."
Since he says "
six
years of amazing..." it seems he says goodbye to Dj. Ron has been in GNR for 9 (8 last year) years.
To me, it seems like the tweet is just a comment on Dj's letter. Not his own sentiments about GNR.

I think DJ did the right thing: he announced he was out of the band with no indirects and no margin for doubts. I think it's a good time for Ron to be absolutely clear about his status as a GNR member. We deserve to know what happens.
by the way, we need Robin back. Now's the time for him to return.

Which is what happened with KISS, right? The other 2 saw the writing on the wall?

Who is "them"? Rest of GNR or Sixx AM?

The e'm bit I presumed was GN'R. However with DJ coming out with this letter Ron might as well man the fuck up and tell his dwindling fan base if he is in fact also out.
And while I'm at it perhaps Axl or management could perhaps speak.

I changed that after I read the tweet one more time. He's just sums what Dj said in his letter. "Dj is wishing 'em all the best in the next chapter".
Although.... he says
'em
and not
us
..

Yes, but by echoing the sentiment it kinda says out as well.
But is there still any real doubt as to this anyway??
