For the latter project, Ashba got a chance to explore his influences, delivering '70s-inspired glam stomp one moment and full throttle licks the next, making 'Modern Vintage' one of the year's most eclectic discs.

I dont visit other Gnr forums often, but out of curiosity i just visited mygnr.com and it was horrendous.

If I tell you that mygnr is actually rather mild (and moderated) these days, and that there are far more anti-Axl/nu band forums in existence, would you be surprised? Most of the stuff on mygnr is just, comedy.

I agree.  I see it a goof around site.  Not a hell of a lot of constructive discussion.

Now, if you operate under the premise that discussing a rock band is SERIOUS BUSINESS, no, you aren't going to have a ball over there.

It also makes fun of Slash. I wouldn't call in, anti-Axl per se, so much as nobody is safe. But when you think about it, you have five or six major GN'R forums and most of them unanimously agree on certain salient details. When yet another South American tour is booked, you see the same grimaces and jokes on, a more temperate forum such as gnrunlimited, as you do on mygnr. Most fans are fairly unanimous that, CD2 is well over due, that playing the same show for five years is rather lame, and that Ashba has indifferent musicianmansip. They just go about expressing it differently.

The only exceptions are, here, and MSL's place.
