Sometimes, i hate it when i'm right....

My oldests birthday was Friday, so we've been in celebation mode all weekend. Seen very little of the games, but...pretty much my issue with cashman not making any moves at the deadline...yeah, that.

The first two gams really decided by the yanks lack of another arm in the pen. Extras they had nobody worthwhile to throw out there, and game 2, nova was left too long. And silent bats all 3 games (credit to toronto on that one).

Like i sad: if the yanks don't make the playoffs, cash needs to lose his job....

I blame Girardi a lot for yesterday's loss. How does he leave Nova in with a guy ready in the pen after he walked Encarnacion on 4 pitches.

Great managing.  I love it hahaha

Funny how Joe got a warning for complaining about the strike zone today

When yesterday Gibby got kicked out.  For the ump just thinking he was going to complain

Total joke.  And another example of the umps being out to get the jays

Sure it all comes back to the beginning of the year when our batting coach joked out a ump in Boston after a game.  And got suspended for it.  Umps are a old school southern white group.  Guarantee they hold grudges

Because betances wasn't available after pitching 3 of 4 days....which thinned out reliable arms in the pen (and it looks like warren is being held out to make a spot start somewhere).

So Girardi was trying to get every out he could out of nova.

Again, back to cash. You have another starter, or reliable arm in the pen, that doesn't have to happen.

AND it looks, to me, the offense is falling back into bad habits, and waiting for the long ball to save them. They just saw their own future, if they make the playoffs.  Hopefully, someday, they will learn that lesson.

Really nothing you can do if you are the Yankees... take u'r medicine, and move on.

As for Cashman, he has better job security than the Lebeis family! ( thought i'd throw in a gnr reference being that we are on here)

You guys watch true detective last night?

It was verrry predictable, and the script was really weak overall, but I still enjoyed the acting in it for the most part.

Is that what Vince Vaughn was doing this season?   Acting?   I thought he just had something in his eye, cause all he kept doing was moving them.   From side to side.   Great acting haha

While not even close to being as strong as season 1.   I actually still enjoyed it however

Watching TV season fiy tonight.  As the Jays are off planning there next victory

Don't get cocky yet Bacon

Still three in the loss column, I'd rather be ahead than behind!

Yep, it tied up the loose ends at least.

Not great but I still enjoyed it.

Most memorable scene this season was Farrell doing blow and boozing it up with The New York Dolls "Human Being" blasting in the background - classic.

It's not cocky.  It's just a huge Canada wide party!

I predicted most of the jays moves and the resulting outcomes of said moves.   I picked them at the start of the season.  At the trade deadline.  And am now

All nation under one baby!

Let's go jays!

Honestly what was with the Yankee fans in this series

For one thing. All I could hear over the TV were blue jay chants

First game dumb fan can't catch a home run.   That ends up being a home run!   Bs

Last game.  A Yankee fan body checks your first baseman going for a foul ball.  Almost took his head off

A Yankee fan. Throws a home run back onto the field.  And nails your left fielder right in the back of the head

Lol priceless

Even the Yankee fans couldn't get it right!

Who knows how the last 50 or so games go. But the Jays are 11-1 since they traded for Tulo. It's doubtful that they can quite keep up that pace, but they're getting good pitching. Price has helped stabilize the rotation and the bullpen is reworked. They could be a pretty scary team come October.

The Yanks were playing quite well heading into the Toronto series, but their bats have gone cold since scoring 25 runs in 2 games against Chicago and Boston. They've scored 4 runs in 5 games since. You're obviously not going to win a lot of games with that output. Maybe the off day will recharge the bats. Although, Cleveland is throwing some pretty good pitchers this series. They are righties though, so that should help.

He was unbelievable, they couldn't touch him.  Great move taking him out after just 6 innings!   Huh

Please pass on my props on his performance to his aunt during your next trip to the beauty salon.   peace

I went against him in fantasy last night, so I didn't enjoy it all that much. At least he didn't get the win.
