We don't believe someone that has a vested interest in pushing that narrative, yet can't produce any proof of it.  No, we do not.

I gave you examples of people you should go ask. If I start telling you what I've seen, you'll just reply with the above. Again.
Now it's up to you to do the rest. I pointed you in the direction where you'll find some answers.

Who is "we"? You speak for others, or you have a mouse in your pocket.

I speak for others.

You conveniently skipped over and ignored this part-

"Ask the hardcore fans who went to the shows what they think of management. Ask the fans outside the hotels hoping to meet Axl."

Why don't you go inquire from 2 of the moderators at another site how they were treated by TB Wink

What is this, a scavenger hunt?

It is confusing. It was originally a 'trilogy' with albums released rather quickly, at yearly intervals. The second album was supposed to be more challenging, more 'industrial'. There was one statement, from a live show in the UK,

Quote
So, you'll get 18 songs, and about 10 extra tracks. And when that, when the record company feels that has run its course, then you'll get it all over again. By that time, I should be done with the third album. So we'll see if all goes well boys and girls." (Axl, Docklands, 08/26/02)

'10 extra tracks' B Sides? like many of Axl's statements, it does not make much sense. Then the second and third installments never materialised for reasons, only known to Axl Rose. The band simply continued touring indefinitely following Chinese's release. Then at some stage the 'trilogy' began to be talked of as a 'double album' - or was that switch before Chinese came out? That is the situation we have now, with the future album talked of as a 'sequel'.

It is clear Axl is making things up as he goes along!

Yeah, it's a bummer that things didn't pan out the way he said they would.  But, on the bright side, it shows that there is no shortage of GNR tracks to pick from for the next release.  If they're serious about putting it out now, we should hear something positive on that front very soon.

Oh well, then.  Guess I'll have to go without.

If you feel a false claim is made about something, and you have information that says otherwise, you refute that claim.  You refute that claim, or you live with (what you consider to be) a false accusation.  That's the way of the world.

If you can't be bothered to do it, its no skin off my nose.  But saying you have proof that backs up your statement, you just can't go into it right now (or ever) for whatever reason...what is that?  That's a pointless statement with nothing behind it.

This is basically Axl's own mindset.  Guess I shouldn't be shocked you've adopted it.  But its never served him particularly well, and its not doing you any favors right now either.

Ya know, in a way, we should thank Ron for hitting the road.  It's preventing TB from booking another Brazil tour or something easy of the like. Now, under the current premise, they basically have nothing else to do accept try to get the other nine thousand finished tracks out.  I really, sincerely, hope this is the year for that!

I'm torn as to whether Ron's leaving means we are close to a release, but one containing songs he had very little input on...

...or he's telling us that, in addition to saying even that is not close to happening.

Not sure.

I can't speak for everyone but I can say without a doubt Team Brazil and GN'R have bent over backwards for MANY fans around the world myself included.  I have seen it first hand on more than a few occasions.

Jarmo is not speaking bullshit about this, he knows because he has seen it over and over again all over the world. ok

Well, here's what we know for certain: In 2014, Axl stated that after Vegas, they were going to look very seriously at putting out the second half of Chinese.  In November, Richard stated that Axl was currently in the studio working on vocals.  In early December, Axl tweeted a picture from the studio, where we also know Chris Pitman was also present.

If that's not a positive indicator that they are at the very least "trying" to get the next album out, I don't know what is.  I mean, he's not in there arsing around with Chris just to keep it locked up forever.  At least I would hope that's not the case.  And if what they were doing is basically finishing up tracks that were already pretty much in the can, then we have no real reason to doubt that this album can be dropped in 2015.

I think the positive way to look at it is that, yes, they are close to a release.

But of the 12-14 songs they are liking for the tracklist, they aren't ones Ron had much to do with.

So, good news for us, but not really great news for Ron.  So he bounced.

Yeah, if his end goal was receiving writing credits on a GNR album, then yes, that's likely a big factor in why he ultimately bounced.  Having said that, we know his playing is on, as he put it, "a good handful" of unreleased GNR tracks, including the highly anticipated 'Atlas Shrugged'.   It would appear that simply being featured on the upcoming release, the way he was on Chi Dem, is not enough to persuade him to stick around.

Which I think is nonsense.  Sure, he's not dropping Bumblefoot albums every other year like he used to, but he still has plenty of time to do side stuff, just like the other members.  It just wasn't enough for him.  But you're in Guns N' Roses dude, and recording on Guns N' Roses albums.  Suck it up.

I think we are dumping an unfair assumption on the guy that he left because of writing credits...

We don't know that at all ...

Maybe Axl or somebody just flat out told him to take a hike?

Who knows... and the people who do know... they aren't talking.

I hear you. And you're right, any definitive info about Ron's departure and the next album are only known by a handful of people, who aren't saying much, if anything.  But if we're going to take guessing and assumptions out of GNR discussion in early 2015, then we might as well pack it up right now.  yes

You just told me I'm not credible! Like I've told you, you label me as not credible, and then expect me to do all the work for you so you can say my words don't matter because I have a "vested interest in pushing that narrative".

You made a choice. You said you don't believe me. Why would I tell you anything since it doesn't make one difference what I say due to my "vested interest in pushing that narrative".

Yeah, insult me first and then tell me I need to provide you with evidence that my words are true. That's just stupidity.

You aren't credible because of many of the stances you take, up to and including this one here.

But that was not an observation that was developed this morning.  All this morning was is just another example in a long line.

So tell us, don't tell us, I don't give a shit.  But if your big coup de grace is that I have to go without your empty boasts from now on...I'll live.
