So Axl - what do you have to say about all of this?  rant

He was very clear in a press realese a few years ago. Scott Weiland is a fraud! He was right and so was Slash when he also said that at Axl?s house.

See this is good news. Axl and Slash agree about something   Grin

The press release quoted Slash. Those were his words, not Axl's.

AXL SLASH DUFF = GOAT

The only thing I can say is that Ron should have discussed the timing with Scott before releasing it.  I understand where Scott is coming from..simply doesn't want this to take away from his main project right now.  They should have put this on hold until a more appropriate time.

Good point. If they are a band, then how come they didn?t agree on what to say, how to say and when to say it

But if they're not in a band, why pose for a band photo (and record a music video)?  You'd also think there would've been some discussion about when this album would be released.  BBF's promotion, and Scott's (instant) distancing, is puzzling.  It's all so weird.

I think the problem is the timing.

Scott is focused on his solo career. Sound familiar? So as his preparing to release his new album, this news item drops. Maybe it caught him by surprise considering he made that record quite some time ago?
The press release itself only announced the band. Didn't announce any release date or record company, anything relating to its actual release. Spring 2015...

That's a good point.  Who agrees to a photo shoot if you don/t really want the association?

Exactly.  I can?t make heads or tails of it.  Why would they announce this on the heels of Scott?s other band?  Did they know about the Wildabouts before AoA was recorded?  Did Scott lead them to believe that he would be an actual member of the band (it?s kind of hard to say you?re not in the band when you?re the lead singer on the entire album) and tour with them?  Did AoA announce this out of spite after learning that Scott was moving on to something else?

So many questions that about 8 people are looking for answers to.

Hahahaha

This is all so silly anyway. Like "Scott Weiland & The Wildabouts" is about to take the world by storm.

Please.

but it was an Guns camp release. With Beta all behind that. She has her reasons not praising Slash, and also dissed fans big time and whatever more. So basically, that press release comes from his enemy. keep that in mind when talking about "official press releases".

where is the video from that event?!? now that would be some nice "release"  ok

You must be joking right?  So because Axl didn't chime in on Slashs comments means that's how Axl feels as well?...lol. This is how rumors get started

The press release was put out my an attorney. Get your facts straight.

Please stop posting this bullshit about her dissing fans. A few whiny posters on the Internet don't exactly represent all fans. If I tell you that you're full of shit doesn't mean I think that way of everybody in your country, or everybody that likes GN'R. It's common sense.

The reason this bullshit keeps getting repeated is because when people get called out for behaving a certain way, they don't like it. Then the fans that have a bias against a person in the GN'R camp use that as an excuse to prove to others how bad that person really is. That's what you're doing. That's what everybody who actually believes this "she disses fans" bullshit is doing. She's done way more to fans than most managers that I've come across. Still this stupidity continues.

Why don't you point out how Axl hates all fans as well since he's clearly spoken out against certain fans who whine about setlists and/or hate the current band?

The stupidity....

Then let's approach it a different way.

Do you think she has been particulary good with the fans?  Can you give us any examples?  As you so often remind us, you are there and we are not.
