Been their fan, bought their music and went to see them play.  What should we have done for them?  Dumb thread.

It's not a dumb thread at all.

Music is a big thing to alot of people. It can be the common thing between two people that marry. It can be the one thing that gets a child living a bad life from point A to point B in a good way. It can be that something that helps someone get over a divorce, a death or some other negative experience

Music and bands are a big deal to alot of people, so sometimes people will want to give back in their own way.

What is dumb about that?

Gave Axl a rest as I helped sing heavens door at hammersmith in 2006. I never get bored mentioning that. smoking
. Just wondering- were u at the Manchester UK show in 2010? Thought I remembered talking to u about that & u were trying to get Axl's attention during Heaven Door to do it again w/u- he acknowledged u & seemed to remember but of course he didn't share the Mic that nite- if that wasn't u it was someone claiming to be! ok

havent had much interest in this thread...cant say ive done anything more than anybody else Ill say this.. ive done my share of shows and purchases... but thats everybody

but to flip it the other way gnr music has done a lot for me tho...

its always there for me when I need it... so im thankful for that... I am critical of the operation, i think it leaves a lot to be desired over the years, but I am always thankful for the live era music and for the chinese democracy album
