i'm assuming he's the guest guitarist. in the beginning of the show they usually give the guest musician and chance to promote what they have going on.

LOVE the new schedule of this show with it being current. it's a great show and that was a big weakness. so much better now.

He might be.  Sometimes they do have 3 guests, but usually 2 of those guests are in the same band.  So he may be the guest guitarist.  Looks like Frank and Dave are actually working on a side project together, so Ron may be the guest in the second segment.

I wonder if Ron was a little uncomfortable when they were talking about the Motley Crue farewell reunion and how it's nice to see a band going out with all the original members and how some bands are out touring with one original member.  I'm sure they didn't mean any ill will towards him, but it did fit the profile.

Good to see Ron on the show nonetheless, he was all over that studio.
