For sure, Buffalo was rad!  Ya sucks though would love to see em in a small venue.  I can't make any of the gigs.     Enjoy it though!

I had to miss the show they did in my own hometown in Brooklyn because I'm currently in the process of relocating after being affected by Hurricane Sandy. So I was/am financially strapped for several reasons. Broke my heart to not be able to see G N' R in Brooklyn as it had been a dream of mine for them to play here again for the first time since '87.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed they'll play Brooklyn again one day so I can make it. If not another small venue then Barclays Center would be fine.

So I unfortunately feel your disappointment and frustration but I've been similar in attitude and spirit with most that I'm grateful to have seen all the great shows I have over the last twenty years and all the different incarnations of the band.

the sound academy is all GA as far as I have ever seen, the balcony is no seats just a better view IMO.  The venue is set up like a long building with the stage at the far end, bars on one side and the sound booth in the middle of the floor, I use floor loosely as the entire venue is one big floor space.

Unless they have changed something there are NO seats at this venue at all. (perhaps at the bar area)

Really cool though is an adjacent outside smoking area with a bar, video screens so you don't miss the show and a kick ass sound system

I've been to this venue once and it was to see A7X a few years back.
What's the deal with the early entry shit? Thr price as option wasn't available when I bought tickets on the presale.

Yeah my son really wants to go because its summer vacation time.  But I just can't afford it right now plus your talking about an 11 hour drive.   Kinda got me a little bit - the look of disappointment.  I do know how you feel though.  If I had a free ticket I'd give it to ya.
