I know this is stating the obvious, but it all depends on what time the show is supposed to start.

Since the two shows in question in this thread are club shows, the ones on the latest US tour started around 10-10:30PM.

Is there an opener for either of these shows?  With doors @ 9 and show at 10(ish)+  I figure there won't be..

I have been able to pull up tickets everyday since they went on sale including right now on ticketmaster.ca 

I believe it is close to a sellout now, but not yet I just punched in 8 tickets no trouble...

I just remembered this...Hoping for big things...The last time GNR played Toronto which was jan 2010 on there canadian tour...Axl posted on twitter a few days later he "wouldve liked to hit toronto alot harder" Hopefully he remembers this and we get a long show monday night....Seeing them in a venue this size alone is a special treat...Lets hope they do whole lotta rosie

I was there, and your right... This was also the city where Axl came out to CD in a wheelchair as an ode to how much fun he had the night before in Montreal. Glad Toronto are getting another show, seemed like really great folks up there.
