Yes it was incredible w/out barricades..I was constantly dodging feet while leaning on the front risers..

I think no matter how many arena shows you see from GN'R, there's always something special about a show as small as these. It's like the guys are playing in your front room, a cool treat for the fans. I still love thinking about the London Hammersmith and Las Vegas Joint shows I saw in 2006. I wonder what members of the band feel?, wonder if they prefer intimate shows over full arena dates?.

i was at all three"initmate" shows in NYC last year... and those are very special....

but the 4 Hammerstein shows in New york were even better than those

but the best of all that ive been able to attend was the MSG show of the first "new gnr" tour

that crowd was so electric ...place was packed... theres something about being in a crow of 16 thousand people going nuts.....

Unfortunately i was only 10 years old back in the days of the Illusion tour.

I was at 2 Hammersmith shows, and although they were great I preferred the UCP show... I prefer this lineup, the setlist was better and the CD songs were familiar..When I was a teenager attending UYI shows never did I imagine I would be fortunate to be front row at a GN'R show!!

This concert was unique not just for the capacity, 600, but also for the no frills stage..There was no jumbotron,pyro,ramps,  risers, BARICADES or confetti and stage lighting was limited..Yet I feel privileged to have attended!!
