I know these exist, but I'm having trouble finding whatever would be the best possible quality out there.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the best quality versions of these?

Check out the bootleg "The Hell Revisited" and they have the GNR Lies demos. (Shadow, Reckless, Move to the City, etc.)
