It's not likely that I'll win but that sure would be awesome because I do not have the money for this thing at the moment being a broke ass college student and all I tried to find it at some of the local record stores at the beginning of the semester when I actually had cash but didn't see it at any of the places I checked. I'll just have to get it online next time I get some money.

Holding off on ordering it for a bit, hoping perhaps they release the cd separately at some point or it goes on sale. Will eventually get it if it doesn't as I'm a bit of dork about having to buy everything, but already have the blu ray and digital rip on my phone, so no rush.

I guess this is good news for those who have not purchased the Blu-Ray as yet.

I attended the last two shows of the 2012 residency and purchased T-shirts at the venue. I preordered the Appetite For Democracy 3D: Live at the Hard Rock Casino- Las Vegas [Blu-ray] on Amazon back in May. I also purchased the  DIGITAL MOVIE + SOUNDTRACK on Fantracks in June hoping the Digital Soundtrack would be available for download prior to my vacation in the July/Aug timeframe. It still has not been made available. 

I would have preferred to have the soundtrack on CD and would spend the extra money if it were made available as a stand alone item.   But I guess, based on the description of the box set, that's not going to happen. "Both the CD Soundtrack and t-shirt will only be available in this special Deluxe Edition package."

I was informed by Fantracks support some time ago that they were not in control of the release date of the Digital Soundtrack for download.  I hope, at minimum, the Digital Soundtrack is finally made available for download in conjunction with the release of this Bundle.

In regards to availability of the Digital Soundtrack for download Fantracks wrote, "Universal says the download will be available on iTunes in December." Fantracks has nothing to do with the iTunes download, it's a separate purchase. They offered to close my Fantracks account and give me a full refund. I accepted since I already purchased the Blu-ray/DVD Combo from Amazon way back when. I added a little cash to the refunded amount and purchased the Deluxe Pkg. with CD's and Shirt on Amazon. It came today and I'm listening to the CD's as I type. 

So I've got two Blu-rays, a DVD, the CDs and a bad ass shirt. I guess it all worked out. Not sure what I'll do with two copies of the Blu-ray. Maybe it'll be a Christmas present to a fellow GN'R fan in the family. 

Now for the next residency. 2012 was great. 2014 was awesome!! Can't wait for next year.

Makes sense to make a ramped release like this I think.

First a regular Blu-ray/DVD, then one for the hardcore fans and then the digital soundtrack...

Going slightly off topic, but its to do with the title of the event.  Has anybody noticed that the "Appetite for Democracy - No trickery" actually is a pointer for Four Albums not the Assumed two  .

Obviously AFD and CD, but then you get No Trickery, starting with the trickery,  Using your Illusion in itself involves Trickery and as the Tour includes, No trickery, when clearly there is = Lies 

I guess TB can confirm or Deny this,  from where I am looking, this is the case or my mind has turned to spaghetti

I went into Best Buy yesterday to return the original unopened Blu Ray and get the bonus pack.  But it isn't carried in store so I had to order it online.  I was able to make the return for store credit, which I used towards the purchase.  Hopefully it'll arrive in 2-4 weeks if not sooner.
