Didn't they have a clip of better in the Live in London trailer, anyway? I know it's from another show, but it still shows that they have added Chinese stuff into trailers before.

Motley's doing their 2nd Vegas residency at the Hard Rock this September-October...this one being about 2 years after the first one...hopefully GNR follow the same plan because I'm already ready for another Vegas party GNR style!

Hopefully we hear an update on this soon...they were really good at keeping us updated on their Facebook page, but it's been a while since they've said anything about this.

The Facebook page for this release just had 2 updates a couple of days ago...first they announced the formats which are...3D and 2D cinema, 3D and 2D bluray, standard DVD and HD TV broadcast. The second update was that they are just waiting for the release dates from interscope.

Why is it always something? Other bands release blu rays, 3d blu rays, albums (all the while still performing live shows).
The most "holy shit this is actually happening" thing for GNR in recent years was the VH1 primetime live performance, and GNR had to go fuck that up too.
Probably what screwed this release up was the company who produced this used the "soon" word. By the time GNR get around to releasing this people will be watching other bands with holograms.

What VH1 primetime live performance? No such thing as far as I can recall. Ali

Why did they spend money on this knowing they'd never release it?
Axl sounds great on the clips I've heard, so such a shame
Are the band afraid if they put this out there that they can't go around playing the same setlist all the time from then on?

People always assume the worst. Obviously GnR are capable of deciding when something is to be officially released. When the time is right, they will release it. They are not "afraid" of anything.

Yeah, wheels of the old "Guns N' Roses Promo Machine" are bit rusty as always.

No one is surprised, but just because we're used to disappointment, it doesn't mean we can't complain about it.

Prob just finishing up the video for Better first. The thing about that is that the Better video was actually REALLY good, and showcased all the musicians perfectly. I feel they should of let it run, and gave it to MTV, Kerrang and other channels to play. Now it's just a lost video that fans have to search YouTube just to view. (if it hasn't been restricted)
