The broadcast sounded amazing because it was mixed by Caram, the sound guy for the band.

You might recognize the name from your Chinese booklet. He knows what a GN'R show should sound like.

Not at all to sound ungrateful, and really appreciate the time put out to let us hear the show, but listening now to Estebans download (and thank you again sir) the show and the recording sounds uh, muffled? Is this how it sounded on SiriusXM?

So Caram is with the band in Vegas... Interesting. Wondering if they are working on mixing or putting together anything else. Nice to dream.

I taped it straight off my Sirius radio and it sounded pretty damn good to me.  Maybe it sounded different online, or maybe I am easily impressed (quite possible).  But I thought the quality was quite good, and Axl and the band sounded quite good as well.

Getting back to normal today after the crazy time in Vegas. I put the broadcast on a memory stick so I can finally listen to it while driving around today.

Ah no shit? Didn't realize Caram was doing the live sound. Explains why these shows have been spot on soundwise. Did he do UCAP too?

Wasn't Caram in Vegas last year for NYE as well? He was at the UCAP shows (NYC/AC/Philly) too...

Not 100% on NYE - if he was, I just assumed he was there to have a good time & party. I guess I don't recall seeing him on UCAP.

Anyway - see ya for the last two?
