The other performers are on top of their games tonight!  Ray LaMontagne just kicked total ass on "Trouble".  Very touching version--he is a talented man!  What a great, credible, and charitable event for GN'R to participate in!

I doubt it.  The show is running about 20 minutes behind schedule, so I'd expect them to go on at least 20 minutes past their original start time.
