I think it was off Fire but I'm not sure.

You probably mean 'Sweet Caress' which is on the 2002 album 'On Down The Road'.

In 2001 or early 2002 he divorced Annika and apperantly found a new love. The ODTR album contains a few songs which seem to go about it... some about the breakup like 'You Betcha' and the others about the new love - 'Sweet Caress'

Ok cool man, other great acoustic / ballad like songs are also on the 'Fire' album: Check out 'Seems To Me' and 'Box' - they're also really great.
