Why a lawsuit? Management were recently in Japan so I think they authorized this broadcasting in order to test audiences, who knows...

It did air on Japanese TV channel Wowow. Hope some Japanese fans recorded it, otherwise bootleggers there are going to sell it for 50 bucks...
