Yeah no one notices that part. He wasn't necessarily slamming the door on her he was trying to prevent those assholes from taking more pics and harassing them. And for those of you that haven't seen all the pics from that night. He wasn't just with Lana. Looked like a night out with friends too me.

Seems funny to me that this girl was seen in germany with Marilyn Manson got in a few Sites/mags.  Everyone asking who she was. Now she is seen with Axl and gets in even more mags/sites with people asking who she is. She must have a really good PR person working for her!
