This morning all big media and web sites reported regarding the upcoming show. In the attached link they reported that the producer confirm that the contract for the show was signed yesterday.
You are all welcome Tel aviv is a great place to be in the summer.

Reported summer show would be the first time the band visits Israel since their 1993 show in Tel Aviv.

American hard-rock legends Guns N' Roses will arrive in Israel for a one-off performance this summer, sources within the show's production told Haaretz on Thursday.

The exact locations and date of the performance has not yet been confirmed.

The Media received the info the same way like me - from Mr. Avraham Marsel , the Producer.
he is the same Producer that brought GNR to Romania in 2010.
Got a phone call from him one day before the Media and I hope this time its gonna happen.
last time, the plan was to get GNR here after Abu Dhabi in December 2010 but it failed somehow...

anyway, my plan is going to catch them before in June in Europe.

I can't imagine the kind of effort it must take to pull off a concert in Israel with the political/social situation there, so I'm willing to accept that there's probably a ton going on in the background beyond booking a show in North America, Europe, South America, etc. - that is probably why we get rumours then silence. Really hope it happens though.

As for KISS, maybe the pile of money just isn't big enough for Gene (sorry, not a fan of KISS/Gene, I'm pretty sure he'll sell pieces of his own body after death and request the money be cremated and moulded into an effigy of himself)

Weird considering the media reported it as happening. But nobody has seen any info on ticket sales etc.

Jethro Tull will join other world-famous musicians who are set to preform in Israel this summer, including Guns N' Roses. The legendary American rock and roll band has signed off to perform in Israel on July 3rd in Hayarkon Park, Tel Aviv.

Madonna, Lady Gaga and the Red Hot Chili Peppers will arrive in the Holy Land next summer as well.
