Great show, and like said 2 posts before. Rotterdam really rocked but this show rocked even harder!

Great venue, great crowd and the unforgettable pouring rain that started during November Rain. Smiley  And simply the best version of Knockin' on Heaven's Door I even heard!

Do they enforce curfew by sending in angry villagers brandishing torches (3:41 mark) to run bands that go over out of town?  nervous

Outdoor show, and it rains.

Seems to happen more often than the opposite.

Great show nonetheless. I hope it doesn't take six years for GN'R to return to Germany.

Nice venue as well. Pretty nice seeing the sun set as the show progressed....

That  Don't Cry was awesome.Overall I think all the time out on the road is bringing out some of the best performances I've heard of these songs ever. Axl sounds great and the band is just this well oiled machine. ok

It started raining during November Rain, which was magical.
Then it started pouring like shit, but it was great nontheless. Axl then said he wo't be running around a lot but just do his job with singig due to the stage being wet and he didnt want to fall down. At the end of the show he said, he asked the guy up there to not make it rain, but he didnt listen to him

He also mentioned that he wanted to come to germany for the past 6 years but for some reason it never happened, but is glad that he could be here now

At the beginning he also asked the crowd, if they expected for him to show up. After some cheering he said: "yeah, me too"

I guess the setlist was shortened because of the raining.

But it was again a nonforgettable show, absolutely amazing. Everyone around me was just flashed and couldnt believe what they've just witnessed.

The show in Mönchengladbach was just awesome ... I'm still high on all these impressions. Standing on the right side, right in front of DJ Ashba during the whole show. Everybody was surprised they entered the stage so early (about 9:45 pm). Axl's voice was brilliant and so was his mood. It started to rain at the end of November Rain which was kinda magic to me ... and it was pouring down when Don't Cry started. Anyway ... I didn't care about the rain and I wish they would've played even longer (show ended at 0:30 am). Only song I missed was "Patience".

Hereunder see some of my impressions of this show ... I hope we (Germans) won't have to wait that long again until GN'R return!  peace
