Thanks everyone!

It was awesome meeting Axl!

And he quoted me on stage!

Best.  Night.  EVER!!!!!!!!!

Here's a link that will make more sense after you read my story:

And here's my story:
So Guns N Roses played in my hometown of Detroit tonight (2/21/12).  Fantastic show - I would expect nothing less.  I got to the venue way early because I work nearby and it made no sense for me to go home and come back.  I waited for Will Call to open so I could get my ticket.  Met some great people who I will see again in April at the Hall of Fame induction.  (That is going to be one heck of a party!)  Went to the side of the Fillmore to await Axl's arrival a good number of feet away from the door.  An old school GNR fan and his  friend waited with me, but gave up a little after 11 and went into the toasty warmth of the venue.  So, there I was, alone at the barricade (don't worry mom, security was not far away) (and there were some other people waiting in their toasty warm cars) and the vehicle with Axl pulls up.  Now, I had a number of hours in which to think about what to say so that I could make my first impression.  So, bearing in mind part of Axl's earlier tweet of "Sick as a dogg, N' so over the ebayers" I chose to yell "Axl, I can't sell my leg on ebay."  He ran into the venue and I didn't even know if he heard me.  As I walked away the guard told me Axl had been running late.  I told the guard that I had never seen Axl not on stage, so if that was my only extra glimpse of him that it was something new and exciting for me.  So, I went in and found a spot to thaw and the show started.  After the third or fourth song Axl says something about his tweet and says "As I was coming in here, a girl yelled at me 'Axl, I can't sell my leg on ebay.' (pause) I like that."  I knew then that tonight was my night!  Now or never!  So, I snuck out as the last song began and headed back to the barricade.  After almost two hours Axl's manager came out and saw there were about a dozen of us.  He said that we needed to line up and only one item per person would be signed and nothing for ebay.  So, I got in line, and when it was my turn another awesome person I met snapped a picture (I hope it turns out) and Axl signed my leg.  He truly was sick and it was fast and then his manager ushered him into his car and he was gone.  But, HE SIGNED his own name on MY LEG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
