i haven't seen it yet  hihi but what's your guess on what new music means? new music to be played on the tour? or a new music cd to come out this year?

i think Axl said the same thing in Jan 2006 at Korns cd release party about hearing new music, but i don't expect another official release anytime soon, but maybe a new song or two played live wouldn't be out of the question, sure would be an amazing surprise!!

so you think the new music axl talked with eddie about is new music in theory and not something that'll materialize as a new cd this year? would be a cool surprise for some new music on the tour. maybe some bigger guns than "sorry" and "shackler's" axl surprises us with on the tour! HuhHuhHuhHuh

GUNS N' ROSES singer and sole original member Axl Rose taped an hour-long interview with VH1's "That Metal Show" following the band's show in Miami on October 29, the second of its newly launched U.S. tour. The talk will air on Friday, November 11 as part of VH1 Classic's "National Metal Day" and will also include a live performance of "Live And Let Die" from the Florida concert.

Eddie's sure milking this one for all it's worth, haha. I can't wait to watch the show and see Axl and DJ. But can't help but think I wish it was a different person interviewing Gn'R.....now Eddie seems to think he has some sort of credibility. After all, him and Axl have a "History" together (as Eddie put it) IMO Eddie is more happy about the attention this brought to himself than actually interviewing Axl. Eddie's a tool.

Looking forward to the entire interview.

It's funny, because most artists don't wanna do anything after a gig, let alone after a three-hour set. But he was looking and sounding at the top of his game at 5:30 in the morning.

He stressed a number of times that this tour is really important for him, to finally once and for all establish the line-up and this group the way he really wants to. He feels he's got a good team around him.

Great answer. Just awesome. Axl has stated many times that he doesn't do many interviews cause he doesn't think any one really wants to hear what he has to say; when he talks the way he does in interviews like this, I think everyone would want to hear what he has to say. There is a high level of love and respect I have for him that he doesn't appear in interviews and has not talked about many things that have gone on, but when he does, it is just great to hear what he has to say, cause most of the time it just makes you realize how much he has to offer on all these issues, and how his point of view is so rarely heard or thought about.
