It seems that Chris Kreider will sign with the Rangers. Wonder if he'll make the team. Many fans have huge expectations on the guy, I'm not sure what would be best. Maybe he should start off in the AHL and debut for the Rangers the next season? Or maybe have him play a couple of games against the Sens.

Yep, its official he has signed with the Rangers. From what i hear the kids got amazing speed and skill for his size. He's gonna practice with the big club starting tomorrow. Its still uncertain if he'll see any action in the playoffs. I'm not sure it would be best to throw him right into the fire of playoff hockey even if we make a deep playoff run. I'm thinking it would be best if he starts off in the AHL then come to camp in the fall and see if he can make the team out of camp. Plus if he plays in the playoffs that takes a year off his contract. Do we really wanna take a year off of his deal for a possible two months?

bang a guys head into the glass when the game is over. a game which your team won = 2500 dollar fine.

a coach saying the f word during an interview after a loss = 20,000 dollar fine.

nice priorities there NHL, good job!

yeah the NHL needs to get it's shit together when it comes to fines.

but the current CBA means a player can't be fined more than $2,500.

Also go kings go  hihi

Go Rangers! Overall a strong game and a big win in the first game of the series. We got a little lax when it was 4-0 but overall good game.

Exactly what needs to happen this time of year. Guys like, Callahan, RIchards and Gaborik need to come up big. If those guys can continue to play like that we can go very deep into the playoffs.

Suck it Pittsburgh! Hahahahaha, your defense couldn't stop a nose bleed this series. You're not seeing round two.

I'm real satisfied with the kings and flyers winning.

Kings, please kick out the Sedins and Edler so that they can join team Sweden in the world championships next month.

Rangers really played like garbage tonight. We deserved to lose this one. We play like this again we're going home after this series.

I'll be at the game today.

This is where I bring in my bad luck and bad vibes and ruin the whole season.

We were bad all around and losing Dubinsky to a game misconduct made it even harder.
