If you could pick GN'R Live 2001-2011

I hope I'm not being out of line as this is my first topic post... I didn't see it listed. But with 10 years now since the live return, what songs would you like to see if they were to release a new live album? I would love to see a new live cd of the last few years!

Would you want a single disc or 2cd set? I'd like to see songs from 2001 onward.

I think a live CD featuring the CD era songs from 2001 onwards would be a terrific idea. I would want it to be a double disc, so maybe they could include the odd classic and also cover to tally it up to 2 disc volume.

I can imagine a nicely presented double case, much like the Live Era CD, but with Chinese inspired images. I don't know why they don't do it, the fans would love to get ahold of some quality soundboard material, and it would be a way for the band to promote CD at the same time.

I remember in 2005-6, there was a double CD kind of release that was stopped I believe. It had all of the artwork and even a tracklisting I think... but saying that, I'm not sure if it turned out to be fake in the end.

But it sure was a good idea.

I'd really like a good live version of "On My God" and "There Was A Time"... also, now that "Estranged" has returned to the set, it seems a live version by this line-up would kick ass!

I don't know, 2 Cd's would be cool, but they have three double live albums worth of material, they could release

So, they could release a 2 disc set which contains the whole tour, from '01-'11, or they releasing 3 double disc albums '01-'02 (2cd), '06-'07(2cd), 09-'11(2cd).
But that's just my plan.
