Cool, hopefully we can get a few people up there..im thinking like 5 or 6pm, assuming GNR go on at 9 give a few hours to eat and drink or just drink

The opening act will be on around 9, not GN'R, so we'll have plenty of time.

I guess we will have to see what time the opening band goes on, not sure why i was thinking they were going on at 9 lol

Well, the tickets say "9 PM" on them so I'm sure it's easy to assume that GN'R would be out around then. We'll see as the NA tour starts soon, but my guess ahead of time would be that the opener will be on around 9 or 9:15, play for 30-40 mins, about an hour between acts, then GN'R around 11ish. Again, that's a complete and TOTAL guess on my part but we'll probably get a better idea when the first US dates happen soon.

The entire floor is general admission. There's no "front row" unless you get there hours early.

We're going to get to Chicago around noon or 1 that day, hang out at my buddies house for a while,  then hit it the pre-party.

yeah, it helps.  Just wanna get a head count, even if its only 10 people who cares lol, but i assume as it gets closer and US shows start getting played people will start coming out of the woodworks.

Everything is pretty close around there, everything is within blocks.   The extended stay is on the North side of the Allstate Arena, and Shoeless Joes is the South Side of the allstate arena

are they having trouble filling the arena? I have not bought my tickets yet, but I got an email from ticketmaster, calling the sweet deal o' mine. 4 tickets, with 4 dogs and sodas, and no service charges for $135

for the pre show thing, i hit attend on the page too, but my mom will be there with me too, she has never seen Gn'R live and she is very excited for the show, she is a big fan of them!
